The Careline is run by Buckinghamshire County Council and is available at the following times:

During office hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 5pm on Friday.

Outside these hours there is a an answerphone or you can call our Emergency Out of Hours Social Work Team on 01494 675802.  If it is an emergency you could also call the Police on 999.

We are able to take calls concerning vulnerable adults (e.g. people with disabilities, elderly).  Calls can be made  anonymously although we may need more information from you to further our investigations. If you have any concerns regarding someone's care or treatment or you feel you are being abused please let us know so that we may be able to help.
