“An Invitation to Shape the Nature of England” Consultation Even
Our natural environment underpins our economic prosperity, our health and our wellbeing. Protecting the environment and enhancing biodiversity is one of DEFRA’s top 3 priorities. For the first time in 20 year’s the government is consulting the population on the Natural Environment.
DEFRA has produced a Discussion Document “An invitation to shape the Nature of England” and has invited all comments and submissions from anyone with an interest in the Natural Environment White Paper.
We held a half day event where we will consider these issues and how they relate to the questions raised by DEFRA in the Discussion Document.
