Programme management

The Local Delivery Programme Board sets the strategic direction of the programme, is responsible for making sure things happen, and is accountable to the CYP Trust Board.

The EIP Management Group is responsible for the day to day management of the programme and its members to do the work to make things happen, and is accountable to the Local Delivery Programme Board.
