Safeguarding and looked after children services inspection

We will soon be having an inspection of our safeguarding and looked after children services, though we are not yet sure of the exact date. We have, therefore, set up this page so we can share information about the inspection across the partnership. We extend our thanks to Plymouth City Council for granting permission for us to reproduce their documentation. Their support and assistance is greatly appreciated.

In the documents table below you will find:

• A two page summary of what the inspection will be about and who is leading the Trust's preparations.
• Three OfSTED documents that outline in detail the inspection framework, evaluation schedules and the descriptor grades that cover 'outstanding', 'good', 'adequate' and 'inadequate'.
• A number of information sheets that place relevant evaluation schedules and descriptor grades together on one page under the respective themes of the inspection – for ease of access and to help our evaluation.
