Phase 3: Planned children's centres

The Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) has now launched phase 3 of the Children’s Centres programme. Phase 3 will see the opening of 11 Children’s Centres ensuring that all of Buckinghamshire’s youngest children have access to a centre. To do this we are looking for the voluntary and community sector, schools, charities and other early years providers to take part in a tendering process that will give opportunities to establish a children’s centre in their local area. The local areas we are looking at are:

• Hazelmere and Loudwater
• Ivinghoe
• Missenden
• Stokenchurch and Hambledon Valley
• Waddesdon and Whitchurch
• The Risboroughs
• Wendover
• Wing
